I'm committed to an antiracist, gender-affirming, and queer-inclusive practice.
About Sierra
I am a clinical social worker dually licensed in Colorado and Michigan. I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan School of Social Work in 2019. As a social worker and therapist, I am committed to a relational approach to my work. I bring warmth, kindness, and authenticity in order to build a trusting and safe relationship.
My own mental health journey through anxiety and people-pleasing—and my experience in therapy—led me to specialize in supporting others who feel stuck, hard on themselves, and anxious. My style is compassionate and warm with a focus on addressing the issues bringing you into therapy. I recognize it takes time to develop trust with me before diving into the deeper issues. I’m here to support you to become more authentically yourself.
I am a queer, white, cis, straight-size woman and love to support fellow LGBTQIA+ folks.
Outside of my clinical practice, I love hiking and spending time with my wife and our senior rescue dog, Clem.
